How do I join and see my points?

Simply sign up using the link in our menu, or loyalty page, and you will be able to access your loyalty account anytime when logged in with your account details. Your points can be viewed as soon as you login to your account. It will also have a breakdown of how many points you have to spend in your reward section of your account page.

What do the approved, pending and cancelled status mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. This may take up to 28 days to approve but if in doubt, please contact hello@andstores.com and the team can help

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

How do I redeem points?

When logged in to your account, you can redeem at checkout by clicking on the redeem points for payment or by using your points code at checkout

Do my points expire?

Your points expire after 24 months if left un-redeemed. Once you redeem your points a code will appear to be used.

Can I bank the remainder of points not used on my code?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to bank any un-used points from a code. We suggest if you have a code for an amount to use, that you ensure you use the full amount :)

I've dropped a tier, what happened?

Tier points last 12 months, to maintain your tier you must maintain the yearly spend with us to stay in your tier.

I returned part of an order, will I get points back?

Unfortunately you will not receive points back for a partial refund
