This shimmering dragon cape is a must have for mini fantasy fans.The green-blue shiny cape has a spiky spine running down the centre and falls to the floor in a tail-like manner. It fastens at the neck via a simple snap-popper, and has glitter elastic wrist bands that create a wide wingspan when they lift their arms. The plush headpiece stays in place thanks to an elastic band that can sit either under the chin or at the back of the head, and has been decorated with embroidered eye a forever spurt of bright orange flames.
